Multi market types #7

This pull request add the option to select the different market type assumption (sell_price, buy_price, consumption_price, peak_tariff) based on commercial and non commercial users adopting ARERA standard prices

I've updated the YAML and CSV files but the error still arise. maybe I have some wrong settings
