Learning statistics involves changing your concepts or learning new concepts about statistics. See article from Vosniadou in README

Change issue to a user story?

To learn new or update concepts about statistics as a statistics learning I can follow a course that will introduce me to statistics concepts.

I also think that the term 'concepts' is a bit vague but that might be a personal preference.
