How fast are corrections to SSMS using MEF extensions? I tried to run the application but IWpfTextViewMarginProvider didn't work. Would you help me?

Fast? Not sure what you mean. They load, they respond to events, they run as fast as any other code. I wouldn't bother with this code, it's four years old and hasn't been tested on any SSMS releases since then.
