Enhance result set headers on reports. #10

Lily posted several enhancement ideas for the headers of a result set on a
report at http://www.sqlpower.ca/forum/posts/list/2245.page.

Essentially we could allow more options to the header of a result set like
background colours, wrapping or truncating the header text, and allowing
the user to modify the bar that separates the header from the body text.
