If you purchase SQLiteFlow(macOS) on a Mac, and if you use same Apple account on all your Macs to download the app, the purchase is shared, which means you can use SQLiteFlow(macOS) on infinite number of Macs if these Macs use same Apple account.

In addition, I don't know which is your case, the purchase of SQLitFlow(macOS) and SQLiteFlow(iOS) are separate, they're not shared.

I think the problem is an older version of the software. Two of those macs are on Monterey. I would like to use it on those as well. I only have macs. There are four of them.

I see, you're right.

We add annually subscription supports on 6.3.0, but the latest version of the app that supports macOS 12 is 6.2.6, in 6.2.6, the app don't have subscription feature.

6.2.6 supports lifetime license though, so if you want to use the app on an older version of a Mac, you may need to ask a refund to Apple to get your subscription money back, then purchase a lifetime license.
