User story of #8 Dependency on #121 and #122

As a user, I want to drill down on the drug adverse event widget aggregate view rows to see detailed information about that adverse event.

Acceptance criteria:

Widget elements have clear way to click to drill-down
Clicking on a row refreshes the card to include only information related to that row and also changes the row color
Page space is conserved whenever possible to provide a streamlined experience
