As a user, if my search input returns no results, I want the system to tell me that I should try another input string so that I know that the system is not broken.
Acceptance criteria:
When input returns no results, page displays
When input does return results, the page does not display
Page reads: "Oops! Looks like there are no results related to [input]. Please try a different search."
