lvgl release v8.3
lv_conf.h for setting config relatedto lvgl library
lvgl_helpers.c driver for ssd1306 display
changes to oled.c and oled.h files related to lvgl and logos, 5th bar graph lsa
changes to CMakeLists using GLOB for including lvgl files
changes to i2cdev files and mpu.c files for using 2 i2c devices (mpu and OLED) using i2cdevlib (634677c)

@Ayush-Kaura Create a new issue describing the mutex issue we discussed. I will merge for now, but it needs to be implemented correctly.
