[Update]: Add a new sponsor and changes in Ongoing Projects page

Following are the detailed changes:

1. Add new sponsor 'DytSpectrumOwl' in the sponsor page.
2. Changed the OngoingProjectCard function such that it can display 3D models uploaded to SketchFab by adding links in the ongoingprojects.js in data folder (Links are yet to be added
3. Changed the UI for Ongoing Projects page. Now instead of scrolling down, Users will select the project which they want to know more about from a box

Hello @NachtSpyder04 ,

• Change the styling as the navbar only just that on hover a light purple background with white text is visible and onclicked state should have bg bright purple (or whatever the color we use) with text is seen, with 2-5px of border radius (see what looks better)

• Remove old Projects

• Keep these projects in ongoing:

  1. Titanlegs (ask for 3D model)
  2. EvoBorne (again ask for 3D model)
  3. In-hand Manipulator (....)

• You can add Activ-V-Link (In-hand manipulator in the publications page and in the flagship projects section) , lemme me know if you need any material for the same

I am closing this PR as it has diverged from main branch which can create merge issues and some of the changes are already implemented from different PRs

I'll be issuing a new PR for the changes in Ongoing Projects page
