Date/time for alerts starting/expiring on future date - add day of week suffix that appears if date is future day less than 7 days in future?
DMS style when Alert tab selected - shows as "other system" (green), should be "scheduled" (orange). Perhaps affects active alerts too.
Layer selection should allow showing alerts regardless of tab selected/map zoom.
