The mismatch of OS (RHEL vs CentOS) is creating issues for the video proxy to read the IRIS01 database.
We should:
1) Do a "shell game" upgrade to create a new server with RHEL, install the proxy server, and move the new server image to NDOTVID01.
2) See if Jack (OCIO) can also do anything to upgrade the hardware to give better single-thread performance. Current hardware maxes out a CPU core at about 75 simultaneous streams.
