Add Q5 ANSI version #1

This is the exact version I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09MNFQRGK/

The top-right last 4 keys are END, PGUP, PGDN, RGBM ... which is very different from the existing Q5 plugin file here.

Since the existing file is missing 2 LEDS at the top right, it throws the whole grid off.

I added mine as a new file, incase there are older / different version Q5's that match the existing file

Added by hand to repo (also adding you to the Publisher line. Thanks for the work.
