Default artwork when none is provided #15

As a designer I might want to have a default artwork displayed when no content is provided.

Acceptance criteria

This matter has been discussed (workshops).
An answer has been provided (no is a possible answer).

On Apple platforms we briefly investigated default artwork generation with SF Symbols. A background must be used if we want a transparent image as transparency is not supported in the control center.
