Most often AUTOSELECT incorrectly set to YES, in particular with on-demand coming from Azure. Sometimes even not consistent between episodes of the same series.

Also issues with subtitle flags.

Also see this other issue for blocked content handling.

Some issues have also been already reported in #45.
