• Token retrieval: Optional information that can be added to QoS metrics.
• Akamai server which served the content: Likely complicated and probably better retrieved server-side. Could be added directly to the URL with an Akamai configuration.
• Will add a distinction live vs. on-demand. Nothing for DVR.
