[pillarbox-playlist] Enhance configuration options

Description

As an integrator, I want to have enhanced configuration options for the pillarbox-playlist plugin. This will allow me to control which buttons appear in the playlist modal through the plugin's configuration options. Additionally, I want the ability to set the pauseOnOpen option of the modal, which is currently hardcoded to false.

Acceptance Criteria

• Introduce new configuration options that allow integrators to specify which buttons should appear in the playlist modal, ensure that the configuration follows video.js conventions.
• Expose the pauseOnOpen option for the playlist modal.
• (Optionally) Expose all modal options for further customisation.
