Closes #111

Adds a "Scroll to Top" button, allowing users to navigate back to the top of the demo page with a single click.

Implemented a ScrollToTopButton component that creates a floating button in the bottom right corner of the page.
The button is always visible in pages where an intersection observer is also present.
