Description of the problem

September 1st 2023, Switzerland introduces a data protection law. https://www.admin.ch/gov/en/start/documentation/media-releases.msg-id-90134.html (only in German, French and Italian).

SRGSSR and BU juridic departments uses UserCentrics to collect user content across web and apps.

User can see data usage in apps and consent to use it or not.

Rules are not the same for Switzerland users, and rest of the world (means EU for SRGSSR).

iOS and tvOS are concerned.

• [x] Integrate UserCentrics core and UI SDKs.
