Deeplink: add livestreams tab

Motivation and Context

As a user or an integrator I want to link new new BU-livetreams urls to the "livestreams" tab on mobile apps so that I can find "web only" livestreams (sports, sign languages, etc).

Description

Update parsePlayUrl.js files.

UTs are on Play MMF: https://play-mmf.herokuapp.com/deeplink/tests/index.html
