Following #85 and link redirect, now, mobile apps can open micro page urls.
Support for v2 only a new path, with a new parameter to share supported hostnames in the application.
Description
Add a new parameter for parseForPlayApp for v2 script: an array of strings, which are the supported hostnames by the current application build.
Add micropage path support with pageId in the path component, if micropage hostname is supported.
Update v1 script with similar new object.
Fix unit tests running on Chromium base and FireFox web browsers. They were running correctly only on Safari.
