Add https://www.rsi.ch/play/tv/streaming to parsePlayUrl() #93

RSI now has a new end point for https://www.rsi.ch/play/tv/streaming. Need to parse it.

When entering it to https://play-mmf.herokuapp.com/deeplink/index.html, the url playrsi://unsupported is returned.

Don't forget to update the test. https://github.com/SRGSSR/playsrg-mmf/blob/main/src/main/resources/public/deeplink/tests/v2/spec/ParsePlayUrlPageSpec.js
