This PR replaces Tag Commander (now renamed as Commanders Act) version 4 with version 5.

Update the SDK and update event implementation.
Update SDK configuration to support a source key instead of a container.
Make all tests pass successfully again (required the way we listen to SDK requests to be updated).
Update the documentation.
Replaced references to Tag Commander with Commanders Act.
