Motivation and Context

To support content show page:

additional predefined content sections needed.
additional endpoints to retrieve pages and sections.

Description

Add SRGContentPresentationTypeAvailableEpisodes and SRGContentPresentationTypeTrendingShowsByTopic content presentation types.
Add "Retrieve a page of content for a specific show" request.
Add "Most popular shows for a topic" request.
Add topics property to SRGShow, list of related topics.
