Update to IL image service (remove Apigee URLs) #149

The image service must now be accessed directly, without going through Apigee anymore. We must probably wait a little bit, though, as the endpoint resource paths could be made simpler (to be discussed first).

Cannot be fixed yet because of two IL issues (PLAY-578 and PLAY-579). We agreed with @christian-boesch-srf not to use Cloudinary directly, but to wait until these issues have been addressed to update the URL on our side.

The service issues have been fixed and the new URL is now used on develop.
