Control center disabled while using picture in picture #234

The control center is currently disabled while using picture in picture. This limitation does not make much sense.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Play some video in Letterbox demo.
  2. Enable PiP and send the app to the background.
  3. Open the control center. Buttons are not enabled.
