Playback speed controls

Playback speed controls are a desired feature. It is a challenge to fit a dedicated button in the currently cluttered Letterbox UI, though. This requires a bit of discussion and investigation first.

Work is required in other libraries:

SRG Media Player: Adding speed control API and UI.
SRG Analytics: Taking into account the playback speed in streaming analytics.

Available on the feature/playback-speed branch for review:

For iOS playback speed controls have been added to the track button to avoid introducing a completely new UI layout for Letterbox. For AOD and audio livestreams, though, I am not sure that the icon and popover title are clear enough. Maybe a rebranding is required, but if so this will be implemented at the SRG Media Player level.
For tvOS I added a dedicated button, only for tvOS 15 and above (since the required API is not available on prior versions).

To help Plays SRG iOS application with its CarPlay integration, playbackRate and effectivePlaybackRate properties are now key value observable.
