Motivation and Context

Documented in issue #302.

Description

Check NSTimeInterval is valid to the various used NSDateComponentsFormatter.
[x] Update SRGMediaPlayer release with SRG_NSTIMEINTERVAL_IS_VALID(interval) is accepted. https://github.com/SRGSSR/srgmediaplayer-apple/pull/128
