iOS / tvOS 15 compatibility #104

The standard player UX completely changes in tvOS 15. Maybe we can get rid of some tricks, most notably to reload the info panel.

The reload trick has been removed on tvOS 15+. Still custom info panel do not reload without closing and reopening the player, but this is likely something we can report to Apple, or which might be fixed in a tvOS update.
