Xcode 15 with iOS 17 and tvOS 17 #13

Motivation and Context

Build the project with the latest version of Xcode: 15.0. It includes iOS 17 and tvOS 17.

Description

Update CI configuration.
Modernize demo project settings.
Modernize test project settings. No script sandbox, because of local file updated during tests.

Checklist

The branch should be rebased onto the develop branch for whole tests.

[ ] All UserObjectTestCase tests has passed successfully locally, included flacky disabled ones.
