The 2.0 release will introduce a few changes to how we deal with versions. We should:
[x] Adopt semantic versioning for all libraries
[x] Extract deployment target settings in xcconfig files.
[x] Set the tvOS deployment target to tvOS 12 for all libraries.
[x] Rename all repositories as name-apple instead of name-ios, and update the documentation and Cartfiles accordingly. The old names will work as aliases.
