The list below are cases where there is a weekly efficiency trial but there are no records in weekly_catch_effort.csv. It’s really just a set of weeks in 2003 in lower clear creek and in 2012 at Tisdale.

Even if they caught no fish in RST and used hatchery releases for efficiency trial, there should be a record in weekly_catch_effort with zero count and non-zero hours_fished. Probably incomplete record file from stream teams.

It’s not a big deal considering how many trib-site-years we have.
