my one thought was if not grouping by site would allow us some better year specific proportions (vs site specific) so we wouldn’t have to use the generally weekly (without year included) to interpolate as much. my suspicion is that run proportion varies more by year (and water year) than site.

also i thought it would be helpful to have a more in depth analysis script for this, particularly looking at how much run proportions vary by year and water year type and stream.

Erin Responded - We did look briefly at run proportions by site and there are a few spots where run assignments vary a lot by site (UCC almost all Spring). I think since spring tend to go higher in watershed upper traps will have higher proportion spring than lower traps.
