If possible try to get credible intervals for passage estimates:

e-mailed Grant for Butte estimates 11-28-2023. He responded, Butte Vaki data are raw counts so no uncertainty available.
e-mailed Natasha for Battle/Clear 11-28-2023, no response yet but should follow up.
e-mailed Ryan for Deer/Mill 11-28-2023. the data we have are post-processed numbers (already imputed with GAM) and recommended I reach out to Doug (11-30-2023). Have not been connected with Doug yet but should follow up.

Update: Battle Creek does not have credible intervals Update: Yuba does not have credible intervals - analysis is combination of two non-parametric analyses, so can't combine statistical error without a bigger analysis that they haven't done. Update: Doug Killam has files with Deer Creek and Mill Creek 90% Confidence Intervals, waiting on additional years.
