add additional checks if you can think of any (this was the bare minimum start but wanted to start building these in. we will likely only needs these for this iterative period where we are making small changes to seed data and then these checks will transfer to the ETL scripts)
please also do some checks on the release and recapture tables. i found one issue and you will notice some commits fixing it. i am considering removing the release summary table from the database.
