Check that NAs are NA for ad_clip on rst catch not not recorded.

Battle - has ad_clip Butte - has ad_clip Clear - does not have ad_clip Deer - does not have but we default set all to F Feather - has origin field that we reassign to ad_clip Mill - does not have but we default set all to F Yuba - does not have but we default set all to F Sac Knights landing - has origin converted to ad_clip tisdale - has origin converted to ad_clip

So I think good! Because non hatchery tribs we just set to False
