• Check to see if we have temperature logger data from Ryan for Deer and Mill
• Compare this data to USGS/CDEC to see if benefit from using logger data

I emailed Ryan to ask for temp logger data on 1/17/24

Ryan provided us with temperature data. We need to do an initial exploration of what is included in that data:

• create Rmd template for data exploration (here is a good starting place: https://github.com/SRJPE/JPE-datasets/blob/main/data-raw/qc-markdowns/template_qc.Rmd)
• pull in temperature data Ryan shared. Temperature data are here: https://netorg629193-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/avizek_flowwest_com/EppP4sLhnbNFoUzvb6FOZFkBne48td9y6oQyU7UpZZ148Q?e=MlD3RV. Data are shared in an mdb file (Access database file). These files have code for pulling in mdb files (https://github.com/SRJPE/JPE-datasets/blob/main/data-raw/qc-markdowns/rst/lower-sac/knights_landing/query_knights_camp_4pc.R) and (https://github.com/SRJPE/JPE-datasets/blob/main/data-raw/qc-markdowns/rst/lower-sac/knights_landing/query_knights_camp_4mac.R).
• Document what variables are included in the dataset and start filling out template to explore data quality of temperature
• Compare data to the temperature data we are currently using for Mill and Deer
