I reviewed the datasets used for the different streams, both from CDEC and USGS, and noted if there are any other datasets were missing. Noted if there are other gages along the streams (that may not be used now, but potentially relevant later), and/or those data sets were used for other projects (VA-habitat EDI, or CVPIA-OSC DSMtemps)
For those streams that had CDEC data available with significant outliers, min/max temperature datasets from USGS stations nearby was pulled and used as a threshold to remove CDEC outliers (the minimum from the "min" dataset, and the maximum from the "max" dataset). Data was plotted with outliers removed.
