Do on env-data Create a RST model covariate vignette with the following information:

[ ] source script to update environmental gage data (start date(RST) to current date)
[ ] at top of the document list sources for gage data, add table that lists gages per stream
[ ] describe process for calculating environmental covariats
[ ] calculate updated covariate data with new updated flow tables
[ ] save flow covariate table
[ ] Note any QC issues/data gaps

Reconsider adding adult covariates to this script (discuss as group)
