Write a vignette that

[x] describes the passage to spawner model methods (pull from other branches, documentation)
[x] runs covariate comparison
[x] runs the model (eval can be false, but should show how to run)
[x] saves outputs
[x] uses outputs for results plots
[x] uses outputs for diagnostic plots
