if incomplete ( holding fish + have not done release trial) can we store this in a card/global state -- what trap / site / date for each trap visit
page for them to choose which trap visit / fish get used to populate wild count

Erin to think through UI/build out some basic wireframes for this workflow.

Added page in figma to show this choose fish holding group piece that we are missing:

see figma for more information. This page will conditionally show up when you begin a mark recapture section if you have any fish-holding data stored. The selected card will be used to set values in the mark recapture section and then should be cleared once the efficiency trial is saved.
