Mark recapture bugs

• [x] Release location selector bug, release sites are showing up but not allowed to select the site. [FIXED in mark-recap branch]

Current bugs in workflow (home -> mark_recap -> save -> back to home -> go through trap visit, catch efficiency trial fish) UI updates

• [x] in mark recap section where you add the mark (Add Mark button), also include our mark button shortcuts (2 most recent from release_marks table)
• [x] Sort Bismarck Brown mark type at the top

Release table issues

• [ ] Duplicate rows issues, fix using same logic as we did on catch and trap

  • [ ] Missing program ID, add program ID based on release site

  release_marks table issues

• [ ] Release Marks is not saving if going straight to Mark Recap form without previous trap vist

existing_marks table issues

• [ ] fix mark position in existing marks table, not consistently saving

Future issues to note, do not worry about now:

• Cache the two most recent release marks within the app so that you do not have to reconnect between your release and catch. (currently pulls most recent marks from the database) . so this would be apparent in the fish input form.
• abandon release_crew table for now (data not being saved if you do not go through trap_visit workflow)
• Add toggle for hatchery run weight count to allow input of avg fork length instead (lower priority, maybe hold off on for now while we get everything working)

Note: similar hardstore saving functionality as dropdown functionality. (Will want app to focus on hardstore but have hardstore update on connect so that we include any db updates)
