Changed NavBar bitmap to something more universal (Works in English, French, Dutch ect worlds) (Uses the little 'arrow' pointing up from the bottom, searches the whole NavBar)
Removed broken 'Resizable' screen size detection
Added changing of screen size if on Resizable to fixed.
Added 'Options' bitmap for detection of the "Options" when changing to Fixed screen size
