Bank.Simba, CloseBank, y2 value in mouseBox too large #166

Bank.simba, function -> CloseBank, y2 in Mousebox was 50. Since 50 is too large of a y2 value (in present state, with/after the revert) regardless, it is too large, so it has been reduced to 38 to fit properly.
