Integrates Epic's changes to GitSourceControl between 4.26 and ue5-early-access

I would recommend creating a new ue5 branch off of master for this repo, and merging this there.

Hello, can you tell me if this fork works exactly on Ue5? For some reason I don't have tabs (Sync/Pull | Submite | Push ). Or is it somehow done differently in Ue5?
