Git plugin v2.0 unable to checkin if LFS activated #38

The v2.0 plugin I released recently for UE4.15.2 is giving me an error when I try to commit a BP asset (managed by Git LFS, but this has probably nothing to do with it)

False positive, this was in fact a problem with read only assets leaved by Git LFS 2 File Locking!

The issue is that the "lockable" was set it the .gitattributes file
