"Username to lock files..." can be edited while disabled, leading to duplicate dropdown items #69

Even with issue #68 I can still edit the "Username to lock files..." by pressing Tab once from the Git Path text input field.

which leads to duplicate menu items in the Source Control dropdown menu:

Does this double menu appears when you click on Accept Settings? I don't see how this can happen, but I suspect it could happen without alt tabbing into the disabled field...
