Fix missing FUpdateStatus #81

Compiling on 4.20 resulted in a missing "FUpdateStatus" in ControlProvider, so I have added the missing header.

Hum, Yes you are right, it seems that without Unit Builds the plugin does not compile! Thanks for reporting, and for the fix! Cheers!
