Improve landing page for questionnaire #5

~This should be a greeting, introduction to the tool and a manual of how it can/should be used.~ -This was already done before the issue was created

The current landing page is fairly simple, and could probably be improved, for example by more directly addressing the target audience.

We might also want to provide a way to skip the decision tree and fill out the full RSMP, if the user wants to do so. Maybe a button saying: "I'm aware of what I need, give me the full RSMP"

I wouldn't necessarily consider those people to be the target audience for this tool.

Or would you expect those people to more quickly/easily reach this tool before finding and downloading their institution's template directly?

Agreed, our target are "beginners". I was thinking more along the lines of a returning first time user. They might bookmark the page when they first start, and simply come back to it later, because they have the resource already marked. Also a valid point, users who switch institutions and prefer to use a more central template might land on our page first.
