To do list:

[x] port Portuguese IPCs to fix their healing issues etc or wait for EE to adopt them.
[x] update maps to latest SM config.
[ ] update maps to include DV content.
[x] remove more mystagogue references.
[x] change epistemics back to science.
[ ] check balance on events like mothroaches, remove?
[ ] check balance on cargo crates and remove OP crap.
[ ] port original xeno sprites from CM.
[ ] add IAA role.

Documentation

[x] upload our rules.
[ ] Setup GitHub wiki with spacelaw, SoP and CoC. Include purple and orange alert.
[ ] Setup proper wiki on new domain.
