Updates addressing current issues #6

I'm starting this pull request now so that progress can be viewed live on the updates I'm making to the page. So far the general design of featuring COPSS/SSAGES side by side have been made along with a variety of other small tweaks raised in issue #5. The big change remaining for this pull request is to redesign the team page into SSAGES Core Developers/COPSS Core Developers/Other Contributors which is next on my list to tackle.

As usual view the changes live on the working version of the site: https://cbezik.github.io/SSAGES-site/

My last commit has the outline of a proposed structure to accomplish the separation of people into core developers, based on specific project, and other contributors. I'm not sure how many pictures we want to include here, or if it's preferred that we just link to people's profiles at their respective institution's website. I am also going to delete the de la Cruz and Glotzer groups based on their absence from the current website now. I think once we settle on structure, we should ask each person listed here to summarize their own contributions to their respective code.

I think structurally, this is ready, subject to a couple of comments I replied to the email thread. We need to get the Glotzer/OdlC groups back in, but the structure of those parts of the site is good.

I'm going to pull this into the current site now.
